18+ age for unarmed positions
21+ age for armed positions
clean criminal background
pass drug test
physically & mentally fit
speak/understand english
legal resident of usa
valid ny/nj photo id
valid social security card
green card/work authorization (if applies)
flexible schedule

duties:
check visitor/employee id's
check bags/packages
verify delivaries
monitor cctv systems
control access points
write reports
assist in emergencies
detect/deter theft & vandalism
notify authorities if needed
keep log book entries
report suspicious/illegal activity
deliver/pickup cash (armed)
service ATM machines (armed)
stationary posts (armed)

starting pay rate can vary from $9 to $15 per hour for unarmed guards and $15 to $25 per hour for armed guards
